Both studios are completely furnished with a sensitive combination of historic and modern furnishings. Each kitchen is fully-equipped with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, deep fryer, microwave and dishwasher. Both studios also have a washing machine and tumbler dryer. Internet access is provided via WLan for personal computers preset for wireless communication. [Personal computers for use during the stay are not included.]

Each living room includes an open fireplace. (Firewood available for purchase.) Each Studio includes a TV with a DVD-player as well as various board games. Studio 1 also has a small library.

Warm water is generated through solar heating panels. The heating is centralized.

Each studio can be used by up to four persons. Studio 1 and 2 can be connected via a common door on the top floor enabling a combined capacity for up to eight persons.

The sliding rental fee depends on:
(a) type of accommodation (Studio 1 and/or 2);
(b) length of stay (4-5 nights or 7 nights);
(c) number of persons (bedding, towels calculated/person/week)
(d) time of year of the date of stay (high, middle, low seasonal rates)
